I know. Seriously. I took the most thorough shower. Yup. Skin is well moisturized. Feet pulmiced. Just made an egg-white omelet. Another coffee. Will probably put in a load of laundry. Changed the batteries in the TV remote control. La la la. Well, time for a bathroom break. Is this what being a housewife is like?
Ooh. Now someone called Will.I.Am is on the CNN hologram thingie. Hmmm. I seem to be live blogging on your blog instead of mine. Is he the guy who made that catchy "Yes We Can" song on YouTube?
Once, my friend Jen and I made something with an enormous number of egg whites -- souffle? angle food cake? And we looked all over for recipes that could use up the extra yolks, and couldn't find anything. If I did alot of home cooking, I would save them. You can use yolk to brush the top of pie pastry to make it brown. If you're making something with more eggs -- like a custard or hollandaise sauce -- they can be useful. But two yolks went in the bin, today because I have to rush off to work. One yolk went into the pan. So I guess you can call it an almost-egg-white omelet. It still fluffed up properly, though.

So, Joycey, what do you do with the bets bit of the egg?
